Return and Exchange Period:
The customer has the right to request an exchange or return within one week from the date of receiving the order. The request must be submitted after contacting us through the communication channels available on the store, such as WhatsApp

Exchange or Return Due to Customer Reason:
If the return or exchange is due to a reason related to the customer, the customer shall bear the shipping costs both ways.
In cases of promotions or when free shipping is offered on specific items by the store, and the customer wishes to return the product, the customer shall bear the shipping costs both ways.
Exchange or Return Due to Store Error or Incorrect Order Delivery:
In this case, the store bears the costs of return or exchange.

Price Difference in Exchange:
If the customer’s exchange request is approved, the store will consider the price difference between the two products. If the returned product is priced higher than the requested product, the store will refund the difference using the same payment method. If the requested product is priced higher than the returned product, the customer must pay the difference using the approved payment methods.
The refund period after approval of the exchange or return request will be within 20 business days, using the same payment method originally used.
